Rainbow

As the rain fell down,

I felt my spirit drown,

But then a miracle appeared,

A rainbow in the sky so clear.

The colors of the spectrum,

In a perfect arch they connect 'em,

Red, orange, yellow, green,

Blue, indigo, violet, a stunning scene.

A symbol of hope and grace,

A reminder of life's changing pace,

After the storm, there's always light,

And things will be alright.

So when life gets tough and grey,

And it seems like you've lost your way,

Remember the rainbow in the rain,

And believe in brighter days again.
